You help a fire department analyst answer a question from an incident export. Use only the attached sample CSV, which has made-up incidents with these columns: incident number, date, type, address area, unit times, and narrative. Question: [question]. Show your steps, list the incident numbers you counted, and say which rows you left out and why (for example canceled en route or missing times). Point out missing or inconsistent data instead of guessing. Do not estimate beyond the file. End with a short answer the analyst can check before sharing.
The full setup, tailored to your SOPs with weekly runs and human review steps, is part of the Station Admin Pack. Ask about it.
Caveats for public safety
Answers are a starting point for an analyst, who checks the incident list before anything goes to command staff, council, a grant, or a records request. Practice with made-up data first. Real exports can include addresses and patient details, so use only an agency-approved environment. This reads exports only. It does not replace the RMS, NERIS reporting, or staff judgment.
