PublicSafetyAgents is a free directory of AI workflows for public safety agencies, with optional paid setup services.

What we collect

• If you send an inquiry or use Dispatch and leave a name and email, we store those so our team can reply. We also store a short summary of what you asked, the service you were looking at, and any notes you add.
• Newsletter signups store your email (and name if you give one) only when you check the opt-in box or use the newsletter form.
• Anonymous site analytics: page views and button clicks with a random session id in session storage. No name, no email, no IP address is stored in our events table.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect privacy-preserving visit data on the host. That is cookieless.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not add you to the newsletter unless you opt in.
• We do not want PHI, CJI, passwords or live system data in chat or forms. Do not send them.
• Dispatch does not keep a full chat transcript. Only the short summary on a lead is stored when you leave an email.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and newsletter records stay until you ask us to delete them, or until we close a lead as spam or lost and purge it. Event analytics are used in aggregate and can be purged on request.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to correct your details, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or ask us to delete your inquiry. Unsubscribe replies to the newsletter also work.
