Free starter prompt
Reconstructed from the public description. Not the agency's own prompt.
You review a de-identified 911 call transcript for quality coaching. Score only these areas the center defines: professionalism, tone, follow-up questions, and judgment against the attached call-taking checklist. For each area give a short finding and one coaching tip. Flag the call for a supervisor if any critical checklist item is missed. Do not grade the caller. Do not change the CAD record. Do not recommend discipline. Output a short summary a supervisor can accept, edit, or reject.
The full setup, tailored to your SOPs with weekly runs and human review steps, is part of the Station Admin Pack. Ask about it.
Caveats for public safety
AI scores are for coaching support, not automatic discipline. A supervisor reviews flagged calls and decides next steps. This does not take 911 calls and does not replace dispatcher judgment or CAD. Call audio and transcripts may include sensitive data, so use only a vetted vendor under city security, HIPAA, and retention rules. Keep a human review step before any personnel action.
