Free starter prompt
Reconstructed from the public description. Not the agency's own prompt.
Review this de-identified ePCR (narrative plus structured fields) against the attached protocol and task-standard excerpts. List: (1) protocol steps that appear documented, (2) possible deviations or gaps, (3) clinical indicators that warrant secondary review (for example airway or trauma triage), (4) documentation inconsistencies. Rank priority for a QA officer: high, medium, or low. Do not assign a personnel score. Do not invent clinical findings. Output a short review packet a medical services officer can accept or dismiss.
The full setup, tailored to your SOPs with weekly runs and human review steps, is part of the Station Admin Pack. Ask about it.
Caveats for public safety
AI flags charts for review. It does not replace clinical judgment or the medical director. Use only a HIPAA-covered vendor with a BAA. Frame the tool as coaching and trend spotting, not punishment. Tune alert thresholds so the queue stays usable. Every flagged case still needs human context before any action.
